Returns
You may return most new, stock, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For returns where you simply don't like it, changed your mind or ordered in error, you are responsible for the return postage cost. You can either send it back via Royal Mail or any other courier you like, or we can arrange a pre-paid returns label for you.
Custom items are not returnable. Custom items are any where you have made a choice in the configuratinos of the product and we have built that for you.
In the event of the item being faulty or incorrect, we will repair or replace it.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Delivery
We offer quick and affordable delivery to UK, and select EU destinations.
The majority of our products are stored in our warehouse in Redditch, so we can offer quick dispatch (same working day if ordered by 1pm), and delivery as quick as next working day.
