As such, all new goods have at least a 12 month warranty against inherent product faults or defects.
During the warranty window, we will repair, replace or refund the product (at our discretion).
We will endeavour to repair or replace to match the original product, but reserve the right to subsitute for a comparable product.
To make a claim under warranty, please contact us, including your original order number and a photo of the damage.
Note this warranty doesn't cover mis-use or abuse. For example, damage from hitting the ball with the wrong part of the club (such as the crown instead of the face) isn't covered.
